The Best Tunes for your Halloween Playlist!

Ghosts and ghouls beware-- Halloween is almost here, and we’re dying to go trick-or-treating! We’re counting down the days and putting the finishing touches on our costumes here at Steve Landers Kia. What better way to set the mood than with a Halloween Playlist? Here’s a few of our favorite jams to get us in the scary spirit.

  1. "Bobby Pickett" - Monster Mash

Need we say any more? This classic will get you up and dancing in no time!

  1. "Every Breath You Take" -The Police

Sure, The Police probably meant well when they wrote this song, but it does sound pretty creepy when you break down the lyrics. Creeper much?

  1. "She-Wolf" - Shakira

Werewolves always get our skin tingling, but this song is just too darn hard not to dance to.

  1. "Scary Monsters (and Super Creeps)" - David Bowie

An eerie boogie, to be sure. Leave it to Bowie to have us awkwardly dancing around.

  1. "Sisters of the Moon" - Fleetwood Mac

Stevie Nicks has certainly put a spell on us, and Fleetwood Mac’s Sisters of the Moon gets us all feeling a little witchy.

  1. "Psycho Killer" - Talking Heads

Bah bah bah buh bah bah bah buh buh buh.

  1. "Spooky, Scary, Skeletons" - Andrew Gold

Andrew Gold never expected his song to become a living meme, but “Spooky, Scary, Skeletons,” is a Halloween must when trying to get in the mood.

  1. "This is Halloween" - Marilyn Manson

Fans of “The Nightmare Before Christmas” will demand that this song be placed on any Halloween playlist, and we’re inclined to agree with them.

  1. "Ghostbusters" - Ray Parker Jr.

C’mon. You didn’t think we’d leave this one out, did you?

  1. "Thriller" - Michael Jackson

Don’t try to tell us that you don’t know the dance. Throw those paws up and groove, baby.

We’re moving and grooving just thinking about this playlist. Love listening to music in your car? The 2020 Kia Soul’s ambient mood lighting will have you driving around and experiencing music in a whole new way.
